Measuring Pumpkins

Fall is here (although our weather doesn't show it all the time!) ... so what better way to start off fall than with pumpkins! We used uni-fix cubes to measure the pumpkins and estimated how many it would take. We then got to cut open the pumpkin (I've never cut open a pie pumpkin before and it was NOT the easiest thing I've ever done!) and feel the inside!
